The role of a dedicated Night Support Worker is primarily one of providing support and looking after the wellbeing of the clients between the hours of 9pm and 8.30am, across a 7-day working rota.


Added to SAGE Benefits, X 2 death in service salary, automatic enrolment on a workplace pension scheme (after 3 months). 22 Days holiday, plus all statutory bank holidays. Company Sick Pay after 12 months of continuous service.  Holiday increases to 25 days per year after 3 years of continuous service.  Mandatory Training is provided when and where appropriate.
