Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist Administrator to join our friendly and supportive HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, with a functional reporting line into the People & Engagement Director, you will provide essential administrative support across HR functions. No two days are the same in this role. One moment you could be supporting recruitment and onboarding, the next helping with DBS checks, payroll administration, training coordination, employee engagement activities, minute-taking, or supporting formal HR meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR within a growing and values-led organisation. The role offers exposure to generalist HR activities, making it ideal for someone beginning their CIPD Level 3 or aspiring to develop a broad HR skillset.
