Job title: Flexible Support Worker

Location: Jackson House Colchester, Essex

Contract Type: Permanent Contract 37.5hrs per week (Monday – Sunday on a rota agreed by management)

*Salary: £19,356.97 p.a. *This is currently being reviewed in line with Real Living Wage rates.

Reports to: Lead Service Delivery Manager and Essex Services Manager

The Flexible Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to clients with enduring mental ill health, to live valued lives within the community. This will include the provision of personal, emotional, and social care. To work closely with clients and relatives/carers, protecting their dignity, choice, self-esteem, and well-being at all times.

Our Essex service (Jackson House) has a vacancy for a Flexible Support Worker, 37.5hrs over a 7 day week rota agreed by management.
