Contract Type:   Permanent Contract 37.5hrs per week (Monday – Friday)                                            

Salary Range:     £26,000 – £28,000, depending on experience p.a.

The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing all housing-related issues on behalf of Bridge being the point of contact for all face-to-face interactions with tenants, landlords, and local authorities by carrying out regular property visits and ensuring all parties are keeping to the terms of their contractual agreements.
