Time to Change – Time To Talk About Mental Health

Helping Others, Mental Health Awareness, Self Help Info

On Thursday 4th February 2016, Time To Change hosted yet another mental health awareness day, getting everyone talking!

Time To Change is an organisation that gets the entire nation talking about mental health awareness and the confusion it creates among people.

Beating the misconception of mental health with Time To Change

Time To Change strives to create awareness of mental health across England and provides great tips for people to support their loved ones who might struggle with mental health problems.

This Time to Talk Day, the nation got talking about mental health, with 68,199 conversations logged!

It proves that the conversation around mental health is coming out into the open, with more and more people willing to talk about it. This is great news in helping beat the stigma that historically has surrounded the issue of mental health. Let’s keep talking about it and how it affects each and every one of us and stamp out stigma for good.
