Beating the misconception of mental health with Time To Change

Time To Change strives to create awareness of mental health across England and provides great tips for people to support their loved ones who might struggle with mental health problems.

This Time to Talk Day, the nation got talking about mental health, with 68,199 conversations logged!

It proves that the conversation around mental health is coming out into the open, with more and more people willing to talk about it. This is great news in helping beat the stigma that historically has surrounded the issue of mental health.
